Terms of use

What the Register is, what it is not, and the terms on which it is offered. Effective 2026-11-01. Published by Tseek LLC, 2108 N St #17617, Sacramento, CA 95816, USA.

What the Register is

The Secure Autonomous Register is a public record of documented cases in which software or machines acted on their own with consequential results, built from primary records such as regulator filings, court records, standards, and the statements of the companies involved. Every claim carries its source and a label (fact, attributed assertion, interpretation, or inference) as described in the methodology. Counts and rankings describe the cases in the Register, not the world.

What it is not

Accuracy, corrections, and right of reply

We aim for accuracy and say what each claim rests on. If you believe a claim is wrong, dispute it with the record that shows otherwise; a correction that the record supports is made and logged on the case. Every company or person named in a case is offered a right of reply, and a response is published verbatim. Write to register@secureautonomous.com.

No warranty

The Register is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tseek LLC and its editor are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Register. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Using the data

The Register's own text and data (case records, controls, rule mappings, exports) may be reused with attribution to "Secure Autonomous Register" and the case ID, under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. Quotations from and links to third-party records remain subject to their owners' rights. Do not present the Register's labels as findings of fact, and do not remove the labels or the sources when reusing a record.

Submissions

By sending a reply, dispute, or submission you confirm you have the right to send it and agree to its use as described in the privacy policy and the methodology: statements are published verbatim and attributed; disputes and submissions are reviewed and may be published in substance, not verbatim.

Changes and law

These terms may change; the effective date is shown at the top. They are governed by the law of California, United States, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Santa Clara County, California.

Help shape the Register

A person reads every answer; changes it leads to are logged in the methodology. To dispute a claim or reply for a named company, use Respond, dispute, or submit.
