For any reader who believes a claim is wrong. A dispute becomes a queue item; if it stands, the claim is corrected and the correction is logged on the case with its date, the old value, the new value, and the reason.

A case needs a system that took, or was positioned to take, a consequential action without a human deciding that specific action, and a primary record: a regulator, a court, the responsible company, or an independent reproduction. Press reports alone are leads, not cases.
