Read the siteNothing we can tie to you. The site is static files served by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for its own operation. We set no cookies and run no advertising or tracking.Serve the pagesPer Vercel's retention
Open a pageAn anonymous count: the page's address, the name of the website that linked to it (for example news.ycombinator.com), whether the screen is phone-sized, and a campaign tag if the link carried one. The campaign tag is also kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so that if you then sign up or give feedback, we know which post or note brought you. No cookies, no IP address, no device or browser identifier, nothing that tells one reader from another. What we publish

A statement from a company or person named in a case is published on that case, verbatim, with the responder's organization. We do not publish the responder's email address. A dispute that leads to a correction is logged on the case with the date, the old value, the new value, and the reason; the disputant is not named unless they ask to be. Submissions become cases only after review, built from primary records, not from the submitter's text.

What we do not do

Who processes it

Pages are served by Vercel; anonymous page counts are kept by Upstash. Email is handled by Google Workspace. Subscriptions and intake are stored in a private repository on GitHub, and weekly emails are sent through Resend. Each processes data on our instructions under its own terms.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or unsubscribe, by writing to register@secureautonomous.com. We answer within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor the same rights for everyone. Deleting your email from the alert list does not remove a statement you asked us to publish on a case; ask for that separately and we will consider it against the public record.

Changes

This page shows its effective date at the top. Material changes are logged in the Register's repository.

Help shape the Register

A person reads every answer; changes it leads to are logged in the methodology. To dispute a claim or reply for a named company, use Respond, dispute, or submit.
